Armor 3.0 decides your tier and archetype for you, and Tier 5 is the only tier with a tuning slot to fix what it rolled. With the sandbox frozen, a Tier 5 piece in the right archetype stays good for as long as you play. Every set carries bonuses at two pieces and four, so the set you pick is the build you get.
