Max Your Omnium Folio – Full 13-Rune Tree Without the Weekly Chores
The Omnium Folio is Patch 12.0.7's power system, a minimap-accessible talent tree that grants free combat bonuses without competing with your gear. It has five rows that unlock one per weekly reset, but the system is per-character, so every alt needs its own set of weeklies.
