The Undermine Enforcer's set is the purple enforcer look from the Cartels of Undermine, the helmet, the spiked shoulders and a padded tabard, gated behind the renown track: the tabard at Renown 10 and the helmet and spikes from Smaks Topskimmer at Renown 17.
